Senior Architect (German Speaking)

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam



  • Control supervise and correct legal document, design document of projects
  • Manage the architecture design from concept to construction drawing stage of building projects
  • Update drawings from mark ups
  • Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project
  • Propose initiatives to improve design efficiency
  • Working as a Team Leader
  • Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete
  • Manage/ cooperate to the project team members including architecture, structure, MEP and outsourcing companies
  • Deal with clients, authorities, vendors, supplier, etc.
  • Discuss the basic idea with the General Manager and Chief Architect; develop with team members
  • Elaborate reports on time schedules, quantity and quality of works in the projects
  • Responsible for checking, monitoring and reporting to the Director and Design Department Manager
  • Follow company`s design procedures, training Junior Architect
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested


  • University degree in Architecture similar field of study
  • Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
  • Good command of English, German would be beneficial
  • At least 5-10 Years working experience with consultancy background (preferably foreign companies)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Sketch Up, 3Ds MAX, Photoshop will be an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of MEP
  • Familiar with design codes for variety project types (Vietnamese and Europe design standards and legal regulations)
  • Possess initiative, independence & drive
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently, as well as work on a number of projects simultaneously
